From Alchemy to Astrochemistry
Digitalization

Chemistry is life itself, from medicine to cosmetics, cleaning to agriculture, electronics to weapons. In chemistry, the same atoms combine to create different substances. Everything is fundamentally the same energetically, yet it appears different. Chemistry is an alchemical transformation as mysterious as life itself.

Smart Chemistry, the principles of Industry 4.0, are transforming chemical plants into smart production centers, delivering unprecedented efficiency across all processes, from raw material procurement to final product shipment. Thanks to sensors, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and advanced control systems, production lines are monitored in real time, reaction conditions are precisely optimized, and thus energy consumption and waste generation are minimized. This digital integration not only reduces costs but also increases operational flexibility, enabling chemical companies to respond more quickly to market demands.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analysis are revolutionizing everything from laboratory processes to supply chain management. AI algorithms accelerate complex tasks like discovering new molecules and predicting material properties, while predictive analytics prevent unplanned downtime by predicting equipment failures. These intelligent approaches are propelling the chemical industry toward a future that is not only more efficient but also safer and more sustainable.

In today's business world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now both a company's fastest and most diligent employee and a strategic business partner. The EU Industry 5.0 vision offers a balanced digital transformation centered on people and sustainability. Guided by this approach, I develop AI-powered productivity solutions, sustainability strategies, and corporate reskilling programs for SMEs, particularly in the chemicals, polymers, and wellness sectors.

My goal here is not only to provide automation; it is to visualize and integrate human-AI collaboration into corporate culture, enhance employee well-being, and strengthen companies' global competitive position.

Green Chemistry is a new movement that proposes alternative solutions to eliminate the problems caused by chemicals present in every aspect of life. Environmental problems, climate change, and global economic turmoil negatively impact both us and future generations. The solution lies in making issues such as a fair green economy, green technology, and renewable energy sources a philosophy of life for both ourselves and future generations within the framework of sustainable development.

Astrochemistry is a new field of chemistry that combines subatomic quantum astrophysics and studies the composition, structure, and evolution of matter in space. Studies in this field aim to understand the chemical composition and origin of planets, stars, galaxies, and other astronomical objects. By studying the chemical components found in space, it attempts to understand the evolution of the universe.

While examining the internal structure of stars, planet formation, and their minerals, it also relates to the relationship between matter and energy, a concept embodied in Einstein's formulas in modern physics. Furthermore, understanding the impact of the chemistry of the universe on human emotions, thoughts, and life is the mystical and social aspect of science.

Alchemy, as the initiator of chemistry, played a significant role in the West from the 8th century AD to the 17th century AD, a discipline that combines mystical and early scientific elements. While its primary goal is known as the transmutation of metals into gold and the attainment of immortality, it also aims to understand the fundamental building blocks of both the microcosm and the macrocosm.

The symbol for gold, Au, comes from the Latin word "Aurum." The bright dawn (enlightenment) after darkness (ignorance). Travel, on the other hand, opens a bright window into one's own self and the universal wholeness while experiencing the diverse cultures and natural beauties of the world. As the alchemists said, "Visit the center of the world (the golden spiritual self), and there you will find the philosopher's stone (the secret of life, truth)."

Someone who understands chemistry and alchemy and travels the world understands life, knows himself deeply, and unravels the mystery.
